Sejla Kulaglic is a Senior Manager at Rehmann specializing in advisory and tax services, and international matters. In addition to assisting clients with inbound and outbound tax matters, Sejla supervises and reviews complex flow-through, corporate, individual, trust, estate and international tax engagements. She is a member of the firm's International Tax Group and Vice Chair of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants’ International Practice Task Force.
Keith Hayden Related Seminars and Products
Keith Hayden is a senior tax manager at Jansen Valk Thompson Reahm PC. He currently specializes in international tax matters for both businesses and individuals, such as entity structure, issues specific to U.S.-Canada cross-border transactions, and the significant changes to the international tax arena in taxation, tax planning, and compliance with the passage of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and subsequent regulations.

Donna Frye has more than 20 years of transfer pricing knowledge serving multinational clients. Her prior work experience includes Big 4 accounting firms as well as a Big 3 automotive company. She assists clients with transfer pricing studies, documentation and benchmarking analysis. She works closely with clients across a range of assignments regarding transfer pricing.

Steven Cappellino Related Seminars and Products
Steven Cappellino is a member of Varnum's Tax Practice Team. He has substantial experience in federal, state and local taxation, in both planning and controversy. He has extensive experience in the entire tax process, from audit inception through the appeals process and litigation. His technical experience spans corporate (both C and S corporations), partnership and individual taxpayer issues at the federal, state and local level. He also has experience in international taxation, including transfer pricing and inversions, as well as the judicial doctrines.
Victoria Mundinger, CPA Related Seminars and Products
Victoria serves as a firm-wide resource at Rehmann on international matters, helping clients across Rehmann navigate the complexities involved with conducting business globally. She works with inbound and outbound companies helping them with traditional tax and international transactions.
She also assists in leading Rehmann’s interest charge domestic international sales corporation (IC-DISC) practice group.
